Livin' it Up on The Southside

If you were to walk by our home, you would see Eric in the garage working on the "Hot Rod." Chase riding his bike up and down the sidewalk like a madman, and Rachel (myself) chasing (we named him well!) after him, telling him to slow down, and Anthony trying to be just like his big brother.

He's Growing Up

This morning I brought Chase his breakfast and milk. He says to me, "Mom, I'm going to start giving you a break in the morning." I asked what that might be. He said, "From now on I will get my own milk in the morning." I told him that is very thoughtful, and I would appreciate it greatly. Then he surprised me by getting dressed, without me having to ask or harp on him. I hope this continues!

1st Day of Kindergarten

Chase started school on the 23rd of August. He loves it. He gets on the bus at 8:18am and gets home at 3:50pm. He then goes to the neighbors until I get home. He has made several new friends, and one even lives near us. So now he has a boy to run around with. For the last 4 years we have lived here, there have only been girls in the neighborhood. So Eric and I are very excited.
